MOUSSE DI MIRTILLI

<H3>INGREDIENTI</H3><ul>
<li>400 g di mirtilli
<li>50 g di zucchero
<li>200 g di panna fresca
</ul><H3>PREPARAZIONE</H3><ul>
<li>Frullate i mirtilli e lo zucchero.
<li>Montate la panna e incorporatela al purè di mirtilli.
<li>Servite la mousse in coppette individuali guarnite con qualche mirtillo.
