CARCIOFI IN PADELLA

<H3>INGREDIENTI</H3><ul>
<li>4 carciofi
<li>150 g di pancetta affumicata
<li>1 cipolla
<li>60 g di burro
<li>sale
<li>pepe
</ul><H3>PREPARAZIONE</H3><ul>
<li>Mondate i carciofi, eliminate la parte dura e tagliateli a pezzi.
<li>Tagliate a fettine la cipolla e a dadini la pancetta e fatele rosolare nel burro: unite i carciofi, fate insaporire, quindi salate, pepate e lasciate cuocere a fiamma dolce
per 20 minuti.
